Fresh Fruit is a Very Sensitive Subject, How Do the Products Reach Us Without Spoilage?

Thanks to the methods developed by our expert teams, we ensure that the products you order reach your door fresh and healthy. We adjust our cargo shipping plans accordingly and pay high attention to packaging.

 

How Much Are Shipping Fees?

All your orders of 500 TL and above are delivered to your door with free shipping. For amounts below this, the shipping fee is automatically calculated by the system according to the weight and size of the products you order and is shown in detail in the amount before you complete your payment.

 

What is the Delivery Process of Products?

To ensure that our products reach you in the highest quality, freshest and healthiest way, we package them carefully and work with the delivery chart below.

Approved purchases made between Monday and Thursday until 14:00 will be delivered to the cargo on the same day. Approved orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Confirmed orders placed on public holidays and Sundays will be shipped on the next business day.

Although the cargo delivery process varies depending on the province and branch to which it is sent, it takes an average of 2-3 business days.

 

Can I return my product if it was damaged during delivery?

Our products are shipped by our experts after quality checks are carried out at every stage during the packaging phase. In accordance with our high customer satisfaction principle, for damages that occur independently of us during transportation, it is possible to refund the product price or have the same product delivered to you free of charge in your next order.

If there are damaged products in your orders, please contact our customer representatives.

 

What can I do if I cannot receive my order?

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot be at your address, you can receive your cargo from the branch that will deliver it to you. If your cargo is not collected from the branch for 3 days, your order will be returned to us. At this stage, you can call our Customer Services and submit your address change request. In any case, you can follow the status of your cargo by clicking on the "Where is my cargo" link from the cargo tracking number sent to your e-mail address.

 

Can I Cancel-Return the Products I Purchased?

If your orders placed on our site have not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for your orders that have entered the shipping transit period.

 

What can I do if I cannot receive my order?

If your cargo is not collected from the branch for 3 days, your order will be returned to us. At this stage, you can call our Customer Services and submit your address change request.

You can follow the cargo process using the "Cargo Tracking Number" that we have sent to you.

 

If I cannot be reached at my delivery address, can the delivery be made to someone else?

If there is a person who will receive your cargo at the delivery address you specified, you must specify this information in the "Order Notes" section when creating your order.

 

Can you send the product I purchased abroad?

Delivery can only be made within the borders of Türkiye. TRNC is not included within our shipping borders. We do not ship abroad for now.

 

Where can I see my orders?

You can view your orders in the "My Orders" section on the "My Account" page.

 

I want to change my order address, how can I do it?

You can change your address in the Billing Address/Shipping Address section during your order. However, this address you entered; It will be valid for the orders you place after updating the address.

 

I forgot/don't know my password, how do I log in to the site?

In cases where you forget your password or do not know it, simply click on the "Forgot My Password" button on the login page and type your e-mail address with which you have subscribed to our system into the box on the page that opens.
